Generally, a new driver will take around 30 – 40 hours of driving lessons from a professional before they are ready to take their driving exam. Most students tend to have a 2-hour lesson per week, so on average, it can take up to 5 months before they are ready to take their test.

The only thing that our team at Kingham Driving Schools requests is that you pass your theory test before taking your intensive driving lessons, as if you fail you theory test, you won’t be able to take you practical driving exam.
